Meet the team at RCT Accountants
RCT’s managing director, Coaston started work in accounting in 2007, finishing his ACCA exams in 2009. Prior to working in accounting and finance, Coaston successfully ran his own business. Now he’s passionate about helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
If you have not taken venture capital, you know how hard it is to make a return on your own money. Coaston most enjoys helping businesses to achieve the optimal WACC (weighted average cost of capital) and creating tax structures that puts RCT’s clients in a better position to grow their companies.
The most important service Coaston feels RCT Accountants offers is tailoring the company’s proposition and service delivery to clients’ specific needs by understanding what success means to each client and putting a plan in place to achieve successit.
Away from work, Coaston enjoys running and he supports Brentford Football Club.
Yanis's role is to make sure that operations are running smoothly and we are providing the clients with the best service.
He also has an advisory role as he was directly responsible for opening a UK branch for a foreign business and know how it works.
It was this experience that fired up Yanis's passion for entreprenuerialism. Yanis believes that international trade enriches the originating country and the host country, offering consumers and businesses more choice and breaking down cultural and economic barriers which may have existed before.
He has a strong understanding of both government and public sector procedures as he worked for a Minister in France and he also worked with the Commercial Department of the US Consulate in Lyon, France.
A very strong marcomms professional, Yanis has put together pitches for:
• a communication/marketing agency in Montreal,
• the Marketing Department at Arcelor Mittal France where I analysed the Customer Satisfaction, and
• the Merchandising Department at Garnier Gemey Maybelline (l’Oreal Group).
